DJ Sambarella has been making people dance since for more than a decade as a
professional DJ from New York.
She has played at numerous venues like Club Blvd, the Back Room, Crash
Mansion, Luna Lounge, Bar 169, Club Demerara, the Fat Black Pussy Cat &
Fuego– New York City (US), Groove – Roma (IT), Deep & Palacio Gaviria –
Madrid (ES), Le Ancien Palais, Bypass & Reve d'O – Geneva (CH).

lounges, private loft parties, corporate functions, fundraisers, fashion/art
shows, and warehouse parties in the New York City and abroad.
In 2008, Sambarella was featured in New York Magazine and LX-TV
for the new wave/80s themed Goodytwoshoes NYC parties alongside
DJ/Producer David Antonio D'Amato/The Mechatransducer as the Long IslandCity
based DJ Troop, Gruv Gallery. TheNew York Post voted Sambarella Best DJ
of NYC Latin lounges in 2005, while Dj-ing at La Vuelta Lounge during a
5 year residency alongside DJ The Mechatransducer. Established in 2004, Gruv
Gallery has released two albums titled The Museum of Modern Sound Series,
showcasing original dance music by DJ/Producer David Antonio D'Amato and
featuring Sambarella on vocals and lyrics on the music troop's hit single Zone
13.<br /><br />
Born in El Salvador, Sambarella started out in 1997, producing and hosting
"Cybertraxx," an electronic music show for WEOS 89.7 FM in New
York. Radio

Freespace, The Painters Ball, Brooklyn Art Blast; and charity events:
Amped for the Cure, CitiCorps' NY Spin Nation, Draw for a Cure, The Great
Charity Spin and Peace Satisfies. She has donated her skills to
fundraise for: The Robert DiLibero Foundation, The Willie Mae Rock Camp for
Girls, St.JudesHospital, The Ethical Humanist Society of Long Island
and the American Cancer Society.
